Moonbeam stand's at 5'7, 157 lbs and is quite the curvasious woman. Her long dark hair has some random streaks in it with no discernable pattern that frames her face. Her skin is pale but full of color from the massive amount of tattoos she has all over her body from her arms, to her back, and even on her face. Her clothing is basic, jeans, sneakers, and a shirt. She carries all her belongings is a ruck sack and is never seen without her guitar. 

Personality:

Moonbeam is a very laid back person. She's a leaf on the wind, flowing wherever without a care in the world. She is an avid weed smoker and thinks everyone else in the world should be too. She's more than happy to share her stash, but looks down on people who do anything harder than cannibis. Drugs are bad, m'kay. Her idol is Jimi Hendrix. Basically, is you're cool with her, she's cool with you. One of her quirks is calling people by their full name until she knows them better IE she calls Jack 'Jack Burden'.

History:

Moonbeam lived a pretty interesting life, even in the upper middle class suburbs of La Jolla. Her parents, Mary and Arthur Kise were hippies in every sense of the word. They had gone to Woodstock and the whole nine yards. When Moonbeam was born, her mother was high as a kite. Since it was nighttime on a full moon, Moonbeam Starlight was the name her mother chose.   Growing up her parents were totally laid back with her. Moon had her first hash brownie at 3 years old. It was definately a precursor to the rest of her life. Her parents really didn't care about her grades in school and neaither did Moon, speanind all her time getting high and writing music. Her mother got her piano lessons as a child which evolved into a great love of music. When she was in 7th grade she picked up an aucustic guitar and started playing. From then on she went no where with out a guitar in tow.   She dropped out of high school when she was 16 and with 500 bucks in her pocket, an ounce of weed, and a rickety VW bug, she set out. She traveled all over California, taking jobs as they came, getting high and making music. Her last stop in California was San Diego. She found herself in the middle of a huge drug ring on the side of the cops. Unfortunately is turned bad and the Detective she was helping was murdered. Moon decicded to lay low for a while and get some cash together to bounce out of the city. But luck didn't seem to be on her side. Some henchmen got sent after her, but as her odd luck would have it, the partner of the cop that had gotten whacked was on hand. Jack Burden got the information of who killed his partner out of her and helped her get out of town.   After that, she swore not to get involved in anything like that again. She set off again, but somewhere in the desert of Nevada, her Bug finally gave out. That was when she started hitching. she traveled from state to state as a hitch hiker, making money with her music. She traves all over the country for a year that way before ending up in a small town called Mysteria in North Dakota. Beyond broke, it looked like Moonbeam will be staying for a while.

Flaws

Addiction - Weed. Moonbeam MUST have her cannibis or she becomes very pissy and irritable.
 Absent-Minded - She's lucky if she knows where she is half of the time. 20 years of weed use makes one very forgetful.
 Enemy - Back in San Diego, Moonbeam pissed of a mob boss by telling Detective Jack Burden who killed his partner. She bounced out of town quickly, but lord knows he's still pissed at her.
 Foul Mouth - If a swear word exists, Moonbeam will use it. The word fuck comes out of her mouth every other second. 

Merits

Jack-of-all-Trades - Moonbeam has been on her own since sixteen and has had all kinds of jobs to make money. She prefers sitting on a corner and playing her guitar, but she's been a waitress, office temp, Starbucks bitch, machanic's assistant, hauled fish in a fish market, delivered packages on a bike, and for 8 hellish hours worked as a telemarketer. If she can make money doing it (with the exception of being a prostitute), Moonbeam can and will do it.
 Luck - Even though she hitch hikes everywhere and usually doesn't have more than a 20 on her, she manages to always make things work for her.
